6 of the best....The perfect work blouse

Inspired by the SS11 catwalks of Mulberry and YSL I have decided to add a touch of femininity to my work wardrobe with the addition of ….The perfect work blouse.

There are so many different styles and fabrics to choose from on the high-street and online at the moment so I have decided to share with you my ‘6 of the best...’.

I decided to look for block colours rather than prints as I will be wearing my chosen purchase mainly for work and feel a block colour looks slightly more chic and will be more versatile within my existing wardrobe.

So which style and colour to choose?

Ladylike chic in a neutral colour?

Military Styling with a touch of class?
Tie Neck Military Blouse ₤28.00 ASOS. Shop here.

Fancy frills?
Crepe Blouse with Flounce ₤25.99 Zara. Shop here.

Back to school all grown up?

Top of the tier?

Bit of a contrast?

I really love all of the above so I just need to figure out which style will be the most flattering for my figure and which colour will work the best. Hhmmmn!

Is anyone else embracing the blouse trend?

  1. I always want to wear more blouses especially the chiffon floaty types - but as I do struggle to find any the fit my chest without being super baggy elsewhere! You would look fab in any of these tho. I think I like the dottty p one best!
